Hari ni (22 Mac 2010) aku pasang socket rokok

Yes, hari ni, tengahari tadi, dari maklumat yg kawan kata, aku mencari benda ni kat satu kedai accessories kereta kat office aku, area Serdang Raya. Benda ni, kalau kat kereta socket rokok, boleh digunakan utk cas brg-brg elektrik sperti Garmin Nuvi 205 aku tuh (sebab bateri dia tak tahan lama, selalunya tak sampai sejam dah out), cas telefon dll.

Rupanye dia tak pasang kat bateri (katanya takut org cas melaluinya walaupun kunci takde), tapi kat kabel depan dan hanya boleh pasang bila kunci "on". Malam tadi, aku dah try cas garmin aku, ok je, berjaya 1 bab....

cuma satu kesilapan aku, tak tengok budak tu buat (salah faham), dia buat lubang pada fairing sebelah depan kiri, alamak!!...tapi apakan daya dia dah tebok, aku mintak dia modified balik supaya dapat elak air hujan masuk, ..tapi budak ni cerdik juga, dia pasang apa tuh, yg boleh lekat tampal buka (velcro??),   nantilah aku letak gambar senang faham.

Kenapa kat wiki takde er6n cuma er6f

Kawasaki Ninja 650R http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kawasaki_Ninja_650R

The faired Kawasaki Ninja 650R, also known as the ER-6f, and its un-faired sister model ER-6n were introduced in 2006. They are middleweight, parallel twin engined motorcycles, designed for normal use on paved roads. They have modern styling and features, with low-seating ergonomics, a low center of gravity, and respectable, manageable power output. The design was intended to appeal to a wide-ranging audience from newcomers to seasoned riders. The design was meant to maximize rider comfort and integration, and be aesthetically equivalent to larger, more powerful superbikes.

The 650R/faired ER-6, known as the ER-6f overseas, was introduced to the market in 2006 by Kawasaki Motorcycles. The unfaired ER-6n was not sold in North America until the 2009 model year. The 2008 650R has an MSRP of US$6,499, $200 more than the 2006 model. The motorcycle fits above the Ninja 250R & Ninja 500R models which already existed in Kawasaki's sportbike lineup, which includes the famous Ninja ZX models. For 2009, Kawasaki released an updated Ninja 650R which includes new bodywork, mirrors, gauges, lighting, and a new tune on the same 649 cc engine. The curb weight is reported as 440.9 lb (200.0 kg) instead of the previous dry weight of 393 lb (178 kg). The MSRP of the 2009 model is $6,799, making it the most expensive Ninja 650 to date.

=================

In Europe the Ninja 650R is sold as the ER-6f ("f" denoting faired) version of the ER-6, the "naked" roadster version is sold as the ER-6n. In 2009, Kawasaki introduced the ER-6n in the USA. The ER-6f differs slightly from the Ninja 650R as it features the passenger handlebars as standard (as does the ER-6n). In addition the option of ABS brakes were made available for both the ER-6n and ER-6f. There is also a derivative of the ER-6 called the Versys which utilizes many of the component parts. In many European countries the 6n naked version has proven considerably more popular than the 6f. However in other countries, such as Australia, the Ninja 650R has proven to be significantly more popular than its unfaired brethren and is the most popular 'sports-tourer' in the Kawasaki lineup. I've installed Scott Oiler for my bike

Background:

Semasa saya menjelajah Koh Samui, saya perhatikan rantai motor Versys En.

Namun, setakat nih, masih menunggu 3 org yg masih belum utk bank-in ke akaun saya, kemudian barulah saya bank-in ke akaun Shawal sebyk. RM900 sebab dikira RM150 seorang.

Cerita Sambungan: Part 2

Dan akhirnya, bila semua dah dibayar, Bro Shawal beritahu barang dah sampai (rasanya seminggu lebih sikit je, cepatlah kiranya).

Bila dah calling kawan-kawan, hanya ArRaubi, kawan dia, B2" Rosli dan aku pi Nilai jumpa Shawal petang tu dan waktu malamnya dibawa ke rumah Kumar - pasang kat rumah dia aje. Sap pasang dekat pkl 10 malam, then balik rumah masing-masing.

Nak tahu cara ia berkerja dan kebaikannya, baca sedutan di bwh:

Why A Chain Oiler?

The best way to encourage chain longevity is to make sure you lube it regularily- a Scottoiler is a great way to take care of that for you. Metering lube just a little at a time while you're riding, the Scottoiler is a fantastic ‘set it and forget it’ way to deliver lubrication to the critical “link” in your bikes drivetrain.

Operating off of engine vacuum (the engine is unaffected), this device delivers an adjustable, precisely metered amount of oil to the inside of the chain run near the rear sprocket, and centrifugal force and capillary action ensure that oil gets to all parts of the links and plates comprising your chain (and not any extra on your wheel and tire). A must for touring riders, long-distance riders, and bad weather climates, the Scottoiler will prolong both o-ring and standard chain life as well as lengthening the time between adjustments.

Also, because the chain is lubed while you ride, the warmth of the operating chain takes oil better than a cold one. A quality product, used for years in the British Isles, in the midst of what they sportingly call ‘weather’. Fits all chain-drive bikes and installs in a neat factory-look manner.

Can more than double the life of a chain and sprocket set. Standard Model has a 50cc reservoir for a 500-1000 mi. range. The Touring Model has a 400cc reservoir a 4000-8000 mi. range and fits behind the license plate. (Note: You can refill with many types of oil.)

If you are used to oiling your chain with a spray then could a mechanical chain oiler be an overkill? On first impressions maybe - but consider the cost of a replacement chain. If a regular application of a very small amount of oil keeps it in tip-top condition and reduces the need for chain adjustment, is that not worth something? Not to mention the vastly reduced mess caused by throw-off and the bother of spraying.

Proven to extend your chain life by up to 7 times!

Hari Jumaat 5hb Mac

Jadi kesannya: Kalau dulu, bila kereta depan brek mengejut, motor lambat berhenti hampir nak langgar/sentuh kereta tu. Sekarang, jarak dengan kereta masih jauh = masih selamat, boleh berhenti, syukur Alhamdulillah, kuranglah sikit mengalami darap tersirap, nyaris aku...

Tetapi ceritanya  : sampai awal, kedai Mok pula takde barang, kena ambil stok kat kedai lain, dijangka sampai jam 1 tengah hari. So, aku sms Abg mad fasal perubahan plan, (Abg Mad kata nak join pkl 11 pagi), call Edd tanya kedai nak tukar engine oil brand Agip (ramai kata bagus, antaranya Paiz : the best, better than Motul,/Penzoil so far etc).

Edd kata nak turun juga tengok aku, Abg Mad pun jawab nak datang/boleh tunjukkan kedai Amir kat Taman Bolton. Berhenti sat, nak keluar beli makanan utk wife aku, dia tak sihat...
